Delivery & Fulfillment Policy

This policy explains how REALMRISK NG Pvt. Ltd. (“RealmRisk”) delivers the REOS™ software and associated licenses. REOS is a digital product; all delivery is electronic and there is no physical shipment.

1. Nature of Delivery

All products are delivered electronically. A purchase or approved application results in the electronic issuance of a license activation file and, where applicable, a download link to the installer and supporting documentation. No physical media is shipped.

2. Academic Edition

For Academic Edition licenses, delivery follows confirmation of payment through our payment processor, and verification of academic eligibility for academic-rate pricing. Once confirmed, your activation file and download instructions are emailed to your registered address, normally within 1–3 business days. Where eligibility verification takes longer, we will keep you informed.

3. Enterprise Edition

For Enterprise Edition licenses, delivery follows confirmation of payment through our payment processor. Your license activation file, download link, and invoice are sent to your registered email address, normally within 1–3 business days. Where additional verification of the purchaser or intended use is required, delivery may take up to 5 business days; we will keep you informed if so.

4. What You Receive

• A license activation file or key;
• A download link to the REOS installer and documentation;
• A tax invoice for your purchase.

5. Delivery Confirmation & Non-Receipt

Delivery is considered complete when the activation file is sent to your registered email address. If you have not received your license within the timeframe above, please first check your spam or junk folder, then contact us at reos@realmrisk.com with your payment reference so we can re-issue it promptly. Confirmed non-delivery is handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. International Customers

Delivery to customers outside India is identical and equally electronic. Because REOS is a digital product, there are no shipping charges, import duties, or customs procedures associated with its delivery. It remains your responsibility to ensure that use of the software is permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction, as described in our Terms of Service.

7. Signed Quotations and Orders Prevail

The delivery and issuance terms on this page are our standard terms. Where a signed or countersigned quotation, order form, or purchase agreement specifies a different delivery, issuance, or staged-provisioning schedule — for example, a rolling licence issued in stages as instalments are paid — the terms of that document govern and prevail over this page to the extent of any conflict.
