Pricing & Licensing

REOS™ is commercial software offered by REALMRISK NG Pvt. Ltd. under paid, per-seat subscription licenses in two editions — an Academic Edition at academic rates and an Enterprise Edition for professional and commercial use. Both are priced on request, so each quote reflects the number of seats, modules, and support level a team actually needs.

1. Academic Edition

Per-Seat Subscription License, Academic Rate — Pricing on Request. Licensed at discounted academic rates to qualifying students, faculty, researchers, and institutions using OpenSees. Includes full GUI access, story-based modeling, post-processing (deformed shapes and fiber-level analysis), and clean TCL scripts. Academic-rate pricing is subject to verification of academic eligibility and is licensed for academic and research use.

2. Enterprise Edition

Per-Seat Subscription License — Pricing on Request. Intended for professional and commercial use, including Performance-Based Seismic Design (PBSD) and commercial project delivery. The Enterprise Edition adds full commercial usage rights, the LCSRSA sustainability risk module, and priority support from the RealmRisk team.

Pricing for both editions is quoted per seat and depends on the number of licenses, the modules required, and the support tier. A subscription license grants the right to use the licensed version for the term specified in the signed quotation or purchase agreement, on the terms of the applicable End User License Agreement (EULA).

3. Currency, Taxes & Payment

• Currency: Quotes for customers in India are issued in Indian Rupees (INR). International customers are quoted and charged in a supported currency (for example USD, EUR, or GBP), processed through our payment processor.
• Taxes: Prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. Goods and Services Tax (GST) or other applicable taxes are added where required by law.
• Payment methods: We accept domestic and international debit/credit cards and other methods supported by our payment processor. A secure payment link or checkout is provided once a quote is accepted.
• Bank & forex charges: For international payments, your card issuer or bank may apply currency-conversion or foreign-transaction charges that are outside our control.

4. Quote Validity

Unless stated otherwise on the quotation itself, written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After that period, pricing may be revised.

5. No Hidden Fees

The price stated in your accepted quotation is the price you pay for the licenses described. Any optional add-ons (additional seats, extended support, training) are itemised separately and only charged if you request them.

8. Signed Quotations Prevail

The pricing, payment, and licensing terms on this page are our standard terms and apply unless different terms are individually agreed in writing. Licences may be offered on individually negotiated terms — including bespoke pricing, instalment or staged-payment plans, module bundles, and licence durations — set out in a signed or countersigned quotation, order form, or purchase agreement. Where such a document is agreed, its terms govern that engagement and prevail over this page to the extent of any conflict.
